4k, 8k Oh my!

Adobe just announced a few new features in Adobe Premiere Pro and they are looking pretty good. For one, you will soon be able to import more 4k and 8k content from RED and other video cameras. If these files are too big to easily work with (such as on a laptop), you can even convert the files to proxies automatically while you are importing the footage!

Another feature is the Lumetri Color Panel addition, which allows you to have more control and to be more creative inside premiere pro.  You can not get instant feedback as you are working to control brightness, resolution, and other colorist feature sets.
