What resolution are your Virtual Sets? What format are they in?
Will these files work with the video editor I am used to using?
Yes! Any video editor that can handle green screen should be able to use our backgrounds. We have many video editors that we recommend such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut and Sony Vegas. However, if you use another video editing program, they should work just fine, or your money back.
How long do I have to download my files?
You have up to 14 days or 5 attempts to download your files. If you need an extension or additional download attempts, please contact us and we'd be happy to help!
What kind of license do I receive to use these backgrounds in a commercial video project?

How big are the delivery files for your virtual sets?
Our final delivery files vary in size from 400 MB to 1+ GB. They are all inside zip archives and will need to be unzipped on your desktop computer prior to being used in a video editing project.
